She’s looking in fine shape after three children and approaching her 39th birthday this month.
However, it looks like Mel B was in the mood to reminisce as she posted photos online of her even more defined figure from her 2009 birthday celebrations.
Although she declined to mention they were flashback photos, the former Spice Girl posted an image of her looking super toned in a black bikini.

With one arm thrust high in the air and gripping a cool drink, Mel flaunts her figure in a black two-piece while wearing a pair of oversized black shades teamed with gold open-toe pumps.
‘Who’s ready to have some FUN?!’ she captioned the pic. ‘What are you looking forward to this week?’
The image was taken at the Us Weekly’s Hot Bodies Pool Party at TAO Beach at The Venetian in Las Vegas back in May 2009 – two years before she gave birth to her third child Madison.
Two weeks ago, she also posted a second image from the same weekend of her wearing a white bikini and signing autographs for fans.

In the 2009 images, she looked super ripped with clearly defined abs, compared to a more recent image of her in a pink bikini taken a month ago, which shows the singer with a softer, but still toned figure.
She might have a phenomenal physique now, but Mel has worked hard for her killer figure.
After giving birth to her third child, Madison, in 2011, she set out to lose 15 kilos in 20 weeks with weight-loss program Jenny Craig.
The singer is also mum to Phoneix Chi Gulzar, 15, and Angel Iris, seven.
Since then, the judge on The Voice Kids Australia and America’s Got Talent has focused on her fitness, posting regular snaps of her workouts on Instagram.

The former Spice Girl follows a diet heavy on proteins like steak, while turkey and kale wraps made for her by husband Stephen Belfonte, 38, are another healthy favourite.
But it’s not all fish, chicken, and quinoa.
Mum’s the word: Singer Mel sticks to her healthy eating habits to set a good example for her three children, fourteen-year-old Phoenix, Angel, 7, and Madison, 2.

Mel believes in taking a day off from her strict diet once a week, she told Examiner.
On her ‘free food’ day, she said, ‘I splurge on whatever I’m craving—either an In-and-Out cheeseburger or a traditional English Sunday roast.’
And as for how she keeps that killer six pack in shapes: ‘I do half an hour of cardio and 200 sit-ups three times a day,” Mel explains. “I’ve always been obsessed with doing abs. I change positions every 10 reps.’
